QEP AUSTRALIA APPOINTED AS THE EXCLUSIVE DISTRIBUTOR FOR AMTICO® PRODUCTS IN AUSTRALIA
BOCA RATON, FLORIDA — May 28, 2009 — Q.E.P. CO., INC. (Nasdaq:
QEPC) announced that, effective May 25, 2009, the Company’s Australian subsidiary is now the exclusive distributor for Amtico products in Australia.
QEP and Amtico have been in extensive discussion over several months to ensure that at the point of transition everything was in place to ensure no disruption to the excellent service levels, product support and contact points Amtico customers have been used to.
